I have devoted my life and study to learn the best ways to heal and increase the longevity of life and how we live day to day. Although a student even in practice, I have sharpened my understanding skill set as a graduate of Texas Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology / Physical Education. As a Kinesiologist and Fitness instructor, I have assisted clients in achieving and maintaining weight loss of 10 to 125 pounds or more. While also helping hundreds of clients who have been able to reverse health issues like hypertension, type 2 diabetes, depression, and heart disease. I intend to help others create a place for safe and healthy fitness programs for the new mom, health-focused, and the novice. I seek to accelerate the safe rehabilitation of individuals recovering from injuries, illnesses, and surgeries by improving the fitness, flexibility, strength, and conditioning of men and women aged 10 to 70+.
